Solidum Pharmaceuticals Limited was
incorporated in December, 2003 to provide pharmaceuticals and health
care services.
The company commenced commercial
operation in April 2006 having satisfied the regulatory requirements
of the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and the National
Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

Management Team:
Solidum Pharmaceuticals Limited is a
fully owned Nigerian company with specific focus on pharmaceutical
products and services. We have a highly skilled management team that
has a good understanding of the pharmaceutical business terrain in
the Nigerian and the West African market.
Pharm. Ibukun Oyelohunnu
is the Chief
Executive Officer of the company. He is a highly experienced
business manager with varied experience in sales & marketing,
business planning and personnel development. He has worked in the
Pharmaceutical and Telecommunication industry in Nigeria and some
selected West Africa markets.
Ibukun is a graduate of Pharmacy and
holds a master degree in Business Administration.
He worked with Pfizer Global
pharmaceuticals (West Africa) in the early part of his career; he
joined as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and rose through the
rank to hold many managerial portfolios. He worked with Pfizer for
about a decade before joining Econet Wireless (now Celtel) Nig. Ltd
as a pioneer staff in 2001 with the responsibility for business
development. He was later given additional responsibility as the
first Regional Manager of the Telecommunication giant in Southwest
Nigeria.
He later joined Globacom Limited in
November 2002 as Manager of Strategic Planning. He invariably held
several top management positions in Globacom before departing in
April, 2006 to manage Solidum Pharmaceuticals as the Chief
Executive.
Ibukun is happily married and blessed
with children.
Philosophy:
We believe in dynamic and
evolving business model, hence our strategic approach is expected to
keep evolving over time. Our current business model is to develop
new products and grow them into strong brands. The business will
focus its resources on relatively new molecules with strong value
proposition to the pharmaceutical consumers.
